We are very excited to announce that we have been successful in getting funding to run our project ‘Women Build!’

This project is for women who are either un-employed or on probation.

It’s a project for women, run by women, focused on improving our mental well-being through carpentry and woodworking – running from June – December 2019. We are in the process of securing more funding for 2020.

Women will:

  • learn carpentry, woodworking and DIY skills
  • meet new people and be part of a supportive group
  • learn how to improve and take care of their own mental health
  • be supported by 2 skilled female facilitators
  • feel empowered!

Please spread the word and let other women know about this unique opportunity to take part!
